Who this is for

Every coach is a woman, every member is a woman. A small, calm studio in Tottenham where you can train without being watched, judged, or made to feel out of place.

Total beginners train next to experienced lifters. Trauma-informed coaching meets you where you are — no diets, no before-and-afters, no punishment.

We teach you to lift and feel at home in your body. The goal isn't to make you smaller — it's to help you take up more space.

Every coach leads with her own lived experience, so you're never coached at — you're understood.

Training Zones

Barbells, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and a cable/Force rack — everything you need to get strong, in a bright, warm room.

Purple mats, resistance bands and space for a handful of women — small groups so every session is coached, not crowded.

Bags and gloves for boxing, plus space for barre and mobility work.

Founder's story
I founded AW Wellness Studios in 2020 after my own experience with eating disorders, depression and body dysmorphia. I'd always dreamed of a safe, comfortable space for women to train and feel at home — so I built it.
That's why this is women-only, trauma-informed, and never about quick fixes or before-and-afters. Every coach here leads with her own lived experience, and we coach from a place of self-respect, not punishment — lasting change, from within.

55-minute sessions in a private, women-only studio, with a programme built around you and support between sessions. Pricing is set on a free consultation call with Alma, so it fits your goals and budget.
